2. Ordering & Product Availability
All products listed on Freshline are subject to real-time stock availability in your nearest dark store / fulfillment warehouse:
- Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- In the rare event an item goes out of stock after order placement, our system will either issue an instant refund or offer a direct replacement upon your approval.
- We reserve the right to cap maximum order quantities per item during flash sales.
3. Scheduled Delivery Policy
Freshline provides 100% FREE Scheduled Delivery across Dubai. You can select your preferred 2-hour delivery slot at checkout for doorstep delivery.
4. User Account & Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. Any fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward delivery partners, or misuse of promotional coupons will result in immediate account termination.
